To our customers based in the U.S.: We're glad to assure you that we deliver on time to all states for a flat fare of $6. For orders above $60, the shipment costs are on us. Delivery time: usually 2 to 7 days. Few of our suppliers require up to 2 weeks to deliver the products to you.

How do you ship and what is the pricing?

We work with tested and trustworthy suppliers spread in different countries. For your convenience, we operate with a flat shipping rate which is set to the minimum or is absent when you order items that cost more than a certain amount. No, it’s not a typo, we will never overcharge you for the transportation because we highly value you and we would like you to come back for more!

Will my order come all in one package?

We ship your orders from various international warehouses (US, China, Canada, Malaysia, and Singapore). Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order for them to get to you faster. This means orders containing multiple items may be shipped individually. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way. 

Where do you ship?

We provide international shipping. However, due to the security reasons, we can't deliver a shipment to military areas.

How do you ship?

We ship orders oversea by mail service.

After finishing processing your order, we will send it to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. 

How long will my order take to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes only 6-14 business days for shipping to the US and 10-25 business days for international shipping. 

If there are delays - you will be notified, both on the website, before you purchase and in your purchase confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking code of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving that email.

When will my tracking information appear?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID.

Payments are processed by PayPal, although you don’t need to have your own PayPal account to do this. You can still use your card through the very secure PayPal gateway. In order to pay by card through PayPal click on Other Payment Options.

What if I receive a defective / damaged item?

We always try to bring the best quality product to customers. However, there are many factors that can affect negatively the quality, especially the shipping factor.

If you received a defective/damaged item, please kindly contact us by our online contact form or by sending an email to hello@awarestep.com, tell us about your problem and don't forget to attach photos/videos which can clearly show the problem.

What if the tracking information does not change for weeks or shows "return to sender"?

  • Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status.
  • Step 2: If you can not find out anything, contact us by filling an online contact form or sending an email to hello@awarestep.com and provide your shipping address again.
